ALPINE – A 30-year-old National Guardsman has been charged with the sexual assault of a female, the Alpine Police Department reported on its Facebook page.
On Monday, November 12 at about 4:10am, Alpine police officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of East Hwy 90 in Alpine for a report of a possible sexual assault.
Upon investigation of the report, Luis Ontiveros, 30, was arrested for sexual assault of a female.
Ontiveros is in the National Guard stationed in the area, according to Alpine police.
